Finding a doctor is a critical brand experience for any hospital system. We conducted qualitative and quantitative studies to understand consumer expectations for an online physician search. Using the data, we created an entire new front-end experience for patients and consumers. In the first few months after the launch, online appointment scheduling increased 22% from the prior year.
